Direct contact
If you choose to contact ANI.QUEST by WhatsApp, phone, SMS, or email, you are choosing that channel for the message you send and for ANI.QUEST to respond about your inquiry or requested services. Your carrier, device, email provider, WhatsApp, or related communication provider may apply its own terms, fees, privacy practices, or settings.
Purpose of replies
ANI.QUEST uses direct-contact messages to respond to inquiries, discuss services, clarify project context, and handle agreed project communication. The website does not start automated WhatsApp, SMS, telephone, or email follow-up.
Third-party channels
Messages sent through WhatsApp, telephone, SMS, email, carriers, devices, and related services may be handled by third-party providers that ANI.QUEST does not control. Review those providers' terms and privacy settings for details about their services.
Opt-out requests
You can ask ANI.QUEST to stop contacting you through a messaging channel by sending a clear request through that channel or by emailing [email protected]. Project-specific requirements may also be governed by an accepted proposal or agreement.
