Website behavior

The ANI.QUEST informational website provides service information and links visitors to email, telephone, and WhatsApp contact options. The website does not currently use a website inquiry form, analytics, advertising pixels, or site-set non-essential tracking cookies.

Information you choose to send

If you contact ANI.QUEST by email, telephone, or WhatsApp, you choose what information to send through that channel. ANI.QUEST uses voluntarily supplied information to respond to the inquiry, discuss requested services, and decide whether a project discussion should continue. Avoid sending passwords, API keys, private customer records, or sensitive regulated information in an initial message unless an appropriate handling process has been agreed.

Third-party contact channels

Email providers, phone carriers, device services, WhatsApp, and related communication providers may process messages or connection information under their own terms and privacy practices. ANI.QUEST does not control those third-party providers.

Website AI assistant

The homepage may provide an ANI customer-support assistant. When you send a message through that assistant, the message and a limited amount of recent chat context are sent to ANI.QUEST's server and then to OpenAI's API to generate a response.

ANI.QUEST does not intentionally save chat transcripts in the website application. The server may process limited technical information needed for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. OpenAI processes API inputs and outputs under its applicable data-use and retention terms. Avoid sending passwords, API keys, private customer records, health information, or other sensitive regulated information through the assistant.

The assistant provides general information about ANI.QUEST services and human handoff options. It does not independently confirm bookings, accept payments, send messages, or make binding commitments on behalf of ANI.QUEST.

Changes to website tools

If the website later adds a contact form, analytics, advertising tools, or non-essential tracking cookies, this policy should be reviewed and updated before those tools are used.
